- Must follow the format specified in the Form Withdrawn-Certificate.
2. Affidavit:
- For candidates above 18 years of age: A notarized affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper of ₹10, as per the prescribed format.
- For candidates below 18 years of age: The affidavit should be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Withdrawal Notice:
- A formal letter or notice confirming withdrawal from the college, university, or institute.
Who Is Eligible?

- Dropped out of college during the specified period in November 2024.
